Trinity Stamps Take Out Coffee Shaped Card Set

Hey friends!

I’m excited to share this warm and whimsical card featuring products from the latest Trinity Stamps release—a delightful project I got early access to through the Crop & Create Delivered workshop hosted by Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine!

Let’s be real—what’s better than a card shaped like cute coffee cups with punny sentiments?

💌 Project Details:

This card collection features three takeaway-style coffee cups, each created using the Take-Out Coffee Cup Die Set by Trinity Stamps. Each cup has its own unique “flavor” of personality, and I had a blast playing with the mix-and-match color combos (all cardstock used is from Spellbinders Color Wheel collection):

💗 Left Cup: Soft pink and kraft combo with a sparkly heart—because “Have a cuppa on me” deserves a little shine!

❄️ Middle Cup: A wintry palette with icy blues and a snowflake that surrounds the circular pun: “Words cannot espresso what you mean to me.”

❤️💚 Right Cup: Classic holiday vibes with a bold red wrap, white stars, and adorable coffee bean icons—perfectly paired with: “Have a cuppa cheer.”

Best of all? This design fits perfectly in a standard A2 envelope and stays nice and flat for easy mailing and affordable postage—no bulky foam needed!

✨ Techniques Used:

Ink blending on the sleeves and lids for added depth Heat embossing for the snowflake detail Layered die cuts using the Take-Out Coffee Cup Die Set Glitter and glossy accents for texture and sparkle

These cuppas are so fun and versatile! Whether you’re sending warm wishes, holiday cheer, or a heartfelt thank-you, this card brings cozy vibes and personality with every sip—er, sentiment.

Light Up Interactive Birthday Card with Lawn Fawn & Mama Elephant

Here’s a fun and sparkly blog post to showcase your adorable light-up birthday card featuring Mama Elephant stamps & dies and Pear Blossom Press EZ-Lights:

Featuring Mama Elephant + Pear Blossom Press

Hi crafty friends!

I’m SO excited to share one of my favorite interactive cards to date—a sweet and celebratory light-up birthday card that’s guaranteed to bring a smile! This card combines Mama Elephant’s charming stamps and dies with the magic of EZ-Lights from Pear Blossom Press, and yes—it really lights up! ✨🎂

💡 Light-Up Details:

Using Pear Blossom Press EZ-Lights, I added three tiny diodes to illuminate the candle flame and both pom-poms on the little party cat’s paws. The lights are activated by pressing the “PUSH” area on the front of the card—right where the recipient’s finger naturally rests. It’s a simple mechanism with a huge wow factor!

🐱 Stamp & Die Details:

All the stamped images, including the layered cake, the party kitty, and the festive string lights, are from Mama Elephant. I used:

Mama Elephant – Birthday Bash (for the adorable critter and party elements) Mama Elephant – Big Happy Birthday (for the large sentiment layered in purple and white) Scalloped rectangle and stitched panel dies to build the frame

I ink-blended the base panel in soft purples and added confetti-style string lights above the sentiment for extra fun and color.

✂️ Techniques Used:

Copic coloring on all stamped images (check out that cake shading!) Layered die-cut sentiment for depth and boldness EZ-Light circuit assembly from Pear Blossom Press (so beginner-friendly!) Stitch-edged die layers for a polished card front Soft gradient ink blending at the base to anchor the scene

📬 Practical Info:

Even with the light-up elements, this card still fits into a standard A2 envelope and only requires a bit of extra padding for the battery pack. Totally doable for mailing—and 100% worth it for the surprise on the recipient’s face!

🥳 Why I Love This Project:

It’s bright, interactive, and full of personality—just like the people we send birthday cards to! I love how easy the EZ-Lights make it to transform a cute scene into a jaw-dropping moment. And Mama Elephant’s whimsical style is always a win in my craft room 💜
