Back during the holidays I made some chapstick stocking stuffers – they were such a hit I thought I would create a quick video tutorial to show you how easy they are to make.  The projects I am making are for Valentine’s day gifts, but as you can see the possibilities are endless!  I love that you can make these for pretty much any occasion, like birthday party favors, or just little gifts for friends or co-workers.  The design I chose was pretty basic and easy to reproduce, but as you can see with the pink version of this holder, that you can also get really creative.  The sky is the limit for these chapstick / lip balm holders.

So that you can follow along with the video, here are the cardstock measurements you will need:

• Chapstick holder base:  3.5″ x 5.5″ > score at 2 ^3/8” & 3 ^1/8“
• Inside strip: 3 x 1 > score at 0.75″ & 2.25″
• White cardstock mat (layer) 2 ^3/8 x 3 ^1/4
